The wow-europe forums has reported that the record for leveling from one to seventy has been broken yet again. Tosog of EU Kil\'jaeden has reportedly maxed out in 1 day, 4 hours, and 28 minutes. This was posted in a thread where Athene said he went from 1 to 70 in 1 day 19 hours 39 minutes.
Such a amazing feats of power leveling, how did Tosog do it? Tosog express his feeling in German, EU poster Mortari of Stormscale roughly translated Tosog\'s report.
Roughly translates to:
How is this possible?
With careful planning and a lot of help from guildmembers and friends (t6 geared). I havent completely killed a mob, I always tagged them and then let my guildies, who werent in my group kill him. I saved a lot of time running by organising warlock-summoning teams at as much places as possible. I only played at night when its quiet and I could be 90% sure all the mobs for the quest were there. Ofcourse I used Rested bonus whenever possible, even when most of the experience came from handing in quests.
I followed the guides from Jame (www.wow-pro.com) and from lvl65 on tentonhammer.com. Tosog is the fifth character I leveled using these guides so I knew most locations by heart.
All in all (planning, organising etc) the character managed to take me more time as when I would have leveled him the \"normal\" way, in about 5-8 days /played.
Congratulations on the awesome achievement.
